Listen-In (Two Way)

After the alarm message is delivered to the receiver, the receiver transfers the call to the operator's phone that is processing the alarm. Two way audible communications is established and any sound from the location is heard by the operator. The operator can have voice communication with any persons on the site.

When reporting the alarm to the authorities, it may be possible to report those sounds: footsteps, breaking glass, voices and conversations.

Communication with the location, when appropriate, is also possible through other venues.
