What Can ACS Dealers Do? A dealer using "NETSCAPE 4.7" or better ( but not NETSCAPE 6.x) can enter the ALCESTE web site and receive up to the minute information on an account. Searching for information can be accomplish on one account, selected accounts, or all of their accounts. 1. History -- ALL ACTIVITY, OPEN AND CLOSING ACTIVITY, EXCEPTION ACTIVITY, for any period of time within the host computer. History is retained for several years. 2. Reports of ALARM ACCOUNT DATABASE information. 3. Summary listings of accounts to include: MAILING LABELS, ACTIVE CUSTOMER LISTING. 4. View alarm traffic on their accounts in real time.
