Services: Listen-In (two way)

When an alarm goes off, after the alarm message is delivered to the receiver, the panel stays on line with the receiver and anything audible to the on-site microphone is picked up and heard over speakers at the central station. When the alarm is reported to the authorities, it may also be possible to report what is heard: foot steps, breaking glass, voices or even specific words or conversation. This two-way service includes the ability to talk or converse with the location, when appropriate, through some other path.
