Services: Scheduled Tests

Alarm panels can be programmed to generate a "communication test" signal routinely within a defined time schedule. These test signals are monitored for their receipt within the defined time period, insuring that the panel is capable of working. The failure of a "communications test" to be received causes an alert to the dealer of a potential problem and repair may be needed before the panel can communicate an emergency. Knowing this gives peace of mind to the dealer AND his customer.
